ME 4123 Special Topics in Automotive Engineering: As part of a group report on exhaust systems I designed two complete exhausts in Solidworks and ran flow simulation to demonstrate the differences in performance and typical exhaust setups.
ME 4813 Hybrid Vehicle Powertrains: Created a model of a parallel hybrid in Simulink. Vehicle was a designed as a 2+2 sports car, capable of competing with cars like the Subaru BRZ or even Porsche Cayman with much improved efficiency.
ME 2110 Creative Decisions and Design: Created a robot to simulate search and rescue in an earthquake disaster zone. Received 3rd place in machine performance out of ~30 teams.
ME 1770 Engineering Graphics: Used Autodesk Inventor to create an assembly model of an electric powered bicycle consisting of ~50 parts. Created Animations and Renderings in Inventor.
Student Assistant in PMRC: Creating tool paths and parts on 5 axis milling and mill turn machines.
